Gynecologic and Endocrine Disorders
As general pediatricians we have experieince in evaluating a wide variety of pediatric metabolic and endocrine disorders, and treating them, or pursuing the proper referral. These include:
- Problems of growth and development (including short or tall stature, delayed or early puberty, etc.)
- Thyroid disease
- Adrenal disease
- Diabetes
In addition, Drs. DiLorenzo and McStay, and our nurse practitioners are experienced in the diagnosis and management of gynecologic disorders, including:
- Menstrual irregularity
- Contraception (routine and emergency)
- Dysmenorrhea (cramping)
