COVID Vaccine Available

We have recently received access, from the State, to the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine for children aged 6 months to 5 years of age.  This is an age group that has the most difficulty finding access to the vaccine in the community so this is good news for this age group.  Please see the attached flyer below for more information but at this time we have two dates available.  Your child needs to be signed up for both dates to receive this vaccine as this is a 'two-dose' series.
