Hospitals
If hospitalization is necessary, we use The Children’s Hospital at Yale New Haven. Not only did Drs. Goff, Burke and Condulis, as well as our nurse practitioners Christina Rickenback and Allison Cappitella do their formal pediatric training there, but all of the physicians have both faculty teaching appointments and admitting privileges at Yale. Each pediatrician is involved in caring for our hospitalized patients on a rotating basis (just as each pediatrician is responsible for emergency calls at night on a rotating basis). Patients wishing to use other hospitals will have other physicians supervising their inpatient care.
In addition to The Children's Hospital at Yale New Haven, we also refer many of our patients to specialists at Connecticut Children's Medical Center.
