Dosage Chart: Ibuprofen (Motrin/Advil)
In general, avoid aspirin. Acetaminophen (Tylenol) or Ibuprofen (Motrin or Advil) are strongly preferred to aspirin. Aspirin must be avoided in youngsters with either chicken pox or influenza.

Notes:
- Check dosage form and concentration carefully!
- When choosing dose, weight is more important than age.
- Ibuprophen doses may be repeated every six hours.
- 1 tsp (teaspoon) = 5.0 ml
