When calling during routine office hours, the first voice you will hear on the phone is the receptionist. She will be delighted to make an appointment for your child to be seen (you do not need special permission to do so), or, if you have a question, she can direct the inquiry to the proper person.

General telephone information:
We have multiple public lines coming into the offices – calling either main number (above) will automatically put you into one of them.
Please do not try to call one of our private lines using the “call back” or “caller ID” features of your phone. These lines are reserved for outgoing calls and hospital contact. They are not answered 24 hours a day. Callers using one of the private lines will be instructed to call back on one of our regular numbers.
We occasionally call patients back from private home or cell phone lines that do not show up on caller ID. If your phone line refuses to accept ID-blocked calls (through the feature AT&T calls “Caller ID’s Anonymous Call Rejection”) you must release that feature if you wish us to get through to you. At the current time, that can be accomplished by dialing *87. This is IMPORTANT! Please don’t forget! We can’t get through to you otherwise!
