Patient Portal
Our Patient Portal is finally here!
Through our Patient Portal you will be able to do the following:
- View Appointments *cannot make appointments or cancel appointments through the portal
- View Medical Records and Results
- View and request documents/forms
- Send a Message to the practice
- Pay your bill
We will be rolling out the Patient Portal to families as they come into the Practice for appointments, call the Practice requesting access or in other various scenerios. It is MOST IMPORTANT THAT THE PATIENT'S CHART HAS THE CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS ON FILE to receive the welcome email. Once you receive your welcome email, complete the following steps for your Portal Registration:
- Click the Sign Up button in the email.
- Enter your date of birth or your child's date of birth and create a password. The password must have a minimum of 8 characters and include an uppercase letter, a number, and a special character.
- Click Sign Up. You'll be returned to the login screen.
- Enter your email and the password you just created. A pop-up will open asking you to accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Review and agree to each by selecting the checkbox next to 'I agree'.
- Click Continue.
Your registration is complete! You're taken directly to your new portal account.
